Worth the visit! Impressive mosaic bizantine basilica. Painting in the done is beautifully preserved as for the altar mosaics

Stunning mosaics, the color is still remarkable despite of its old ages. Truly a masterpiece and a must see of Italy.

So glad we made the trip to Ravenna. The basilica and mausoleum are my favorite religious sights so far in Italy. We are even coming back here again in a few days.

Spectacular mosaics from the byzantine empire. A UNESCO site. It is really nice to see that they kept everything in a perfect condition until today.
